改期政策

1. 改期时限
乘客可在出发日期最迟3个工作天前提出改期申请。
👉 例如：
**星期五出发 → 最迟在星期二申请改期
**星期日出发 → 最迟在星期三申请改期

2. 大节日 / 大日子票（RM 83/人）
此类票券不接受任何改期申请。若无法出行，乘客可自行转让或转售给其他旅客。

3. 改期手续费
每张票需缴付 RM 5 改期手续费。

4. 费用计算方式
💵应付金额 = 改期手续费 +（新票价 – 原票价）
👉若新票价高于原票价，须补足差额.
👉若新票价低于原票价，恕不退还差额.

5. 其他条款
🌟每张票仅可改期一次。
🌟同一订单的票券须同时改期，不接受部分票改期。
🌟改期成功后，以新日期的票券为准。
🌟所有改期申请须通过官方客服办理。

“工作天”不包括周末及公共假期。
建议您尽早申请改期，以确保座位供应。

Reschedule Policy

1. Reschedule Time Limit
Passengers may request to reschedule their ticket no less than 3 working days before the departure date.
👉Examples:
**Friday departure → latest reschedule by Tuesday
**Sunday departure → latest reschedule by Wednesday

2. Peak Season Ticket (RM 83/ pax)
Rescheduling is not permitted for this ticket. If you are unable to travel, you may transfer or re-sell your ticket to another passenger.

3. Reschedule Fee
Fees RM5 per ticket will be charged for any rescheduling request.

4. Cost Calculation
💵Total payable = Reschedule Fee + (New Ticket Price – Original Ticket Price)
👉If the new ticket price is higher, the fare difference must be paid.
👉If the new ticket price is lower, no refund will be issued.

5. Other Terms
🌟Reschedule is only allowed once per trip.
🌟Rescheduling for only partial of the total tickets booked per way is not allowed.
🌟Once approved, the new travel date will be final.
🌟All reschedule requests must be made thru official customer service.

📘 Notes
“Working days” exclude weekends and public holidays.
We recommend submitting request early to secure your preferred travel date.
