Reschedule Booking Policy

Non-Refundable Tickets

All bus tickets sold by Tuan Yuan Travel are strictly non-refundable. Once a ticket has been issued and payment is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.

Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and route specified at the time of purchase. Changes to travel plans are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Missed Departures

Passengers who miss their scheduled departure are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Unconfirmed Bookings

In the event that payment has been successfully made but the booking is not confirmed due to system errors, availability issues, or other operational reasons, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. This clause does not apply to confirmed bookings or missed departures.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of service disruption caused by Tuan Yuan Travel (e.g., bus cancellation or delay), passengers may be offered alternative arrangements at the company's discretion. This does not constitute a refund.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, passengers acknowledge and accept the terms of this refund policy.
